Organaize — an automation studio

Run the business.
Not the busywork.

We take the intake, onboarding, documents, and follow-up your team does by hand — and build the system that does it for them. Custom code or no-code. Whatever the problem deserves.

What we build

We don’t sell software.
We remove work.

We watch how the work really moves.

Not the org-chart version — the real one, with the inbox detours and the spreadsheet nobody admits to. That's where the hours are hiding.

Then we make it move itself.

Custom code when it earns its place, no-code when it doesn't. The goal is fewer steps for humans — not more software to babysit.

You own every piece of it.

Operating notes, test cases, credentials, known limits. When we hand it off, it's yours. No retainer hostage situation.

AI goes where it pays rent.

Triage, drafting, extraction, classification. Where a model genuinely saves an hour, we use one. Where it doesn't, we don't.

What gets automated

Real workflows, not abstract promises.

Every build targets one specific, repeatable process — the kind of work everyone knows is automatable but nobody ever gets around to systematizing.

Lead operations

Every inquiry gets a response.

Leads arrive from forms, email, and ads — then scatter across inboxes. We build the system that captures, qualifies, routes, and follows up before anyone has to remember to.

Client onboarding

New clients meet a system, not a scramble.

Briefs, forms, files, approvals, kickoff tasks — turned into one repeatable handoff that runs the same way for client three and client three hundred.

Document generation

Proposals that write themselves.

Proposals, invoices, summaries, and client packets generated from structured inputs. Consistent output, zero retyping, no Friday-afternoon formatting.

Operations dashboards

One screen instead of five tabs.

Jobs, blockers, revenue, delivery status, next actions — a single live view that replaces the spreadsheet ritual and the "any updates?" Slack thread.

Your team keeps its judgment. The system handles the repetition.

How it works

A focused sprint, not a vague transformation project.

The first build should be small enough to ship in days and important enough that the whole business feels calmer once it’s live.

Works with every stack — custom code and no-code
Scoped around one visible, measurable outcome
Small enough to test, stable enough to keep
Documented in plain language for the team running it

Map

Find the repeated work

Trace the workflow as it actually happens: inputs, tools, decisions, handoffs, exceptions.

Build

Ship the first system

Connect the minimum pieces needed to remove real admin work and make progress visible.

Hand off

Leave it in your hands

Operating notes, test cases, known limits, and a clear path for iteration.

Tool stack

Keep the tools. Fix the flow between them.

The best system usually connects what already works — forms, sheets, CRMs, workspaces, AI helpers, and simple internal dashboards. And when the off-the-shelf tools run out, we build the missing piece ourselves.

The honest answers

What clients ask before they start.

What does Organaize actually build?

Working systems, not slide decks. Lead routing, onboarding sequences, document generation, internal dashboards, AI-assisted triage — anything repetitive that's eating your team's week. We build inside the tools you already use.

Do you only work with specific tools?

No. Airtable, Google Workspace, Notion, CRMs, Slack, Zapier, Make, custom APIs — if your business runs on it, we can probably automate around it. And when no-code tools hit their ceiling, we write the code ourselves.

How long does a typical build take?

Most focused builds go from kickoff to handoff in one to two weeks. The Workflow Audit is a single 60-minute session with a written deliverable. Larger multi-workflow engagements run on monthly cycles.

What if I'm not sure what to automate first?

That's exactly what the Workflow Audit is for. One hour mapping your operation, one clear recommendation for the highest-leverage build, and a concrete path forward — whether you hire us or not.

Do you work with startups or only established businesses?

Both. The test isn't headcount — it's whether your team spends real time on repetitive operational work. If lead intake, client handoffs, or status tracking are done by hand, there's leverage here.

How is this different from hiring a Zapier consultant?

Zapier is one tool in the drawer. We design complete systems — sometimes five tools connected with custom logic, sometimes a custom application, sometimes a single elegant automation. The solution matches the problem, not our toolkit.

Who owns the automation after launch?

You do, entirely. Every build ships with full documentation, credentials, and a handoff call. Run it, modify it, or hand it to anyone on your team — no dependency on us by design.

Start with one workflow

Bring us your most annoying workflow.
We’ll send back a system.

Cleaner inputs, fewer repeated steps, visible handoffs, and documentation your team will actually keep using.
